Please download and print Schedules, Rosters and Score Sheets for your team.

Click on the link below to download and print your basketball schedule. The roster form and score sheets can be found by clicking on the "Basketball Rules and Forms" link on the left side of this page.

Basketball Rosters are due on the day of your first game in December 2009, January 2010 and February 2010. Completed rosters should be given to the official on these dates, placed in the blue CCRA mailbox at First Presby or mailed to Steve Joseph, PO Box 4505, Charleston, WV 25364-4505.
